There are 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 living areas. Plus extensive patios and 2 BBQ areas. The gardens and the pool are both securely gated and fenced and offer a safe environment for children and pets.
The entire space is yours. Our property manager is available to help with questions but they will not be on the property. We offer a family friendly location for (we can arrange children’s high chair and crib as needed).
Safe & Secure for kids and pets
Villa Manciano is more than 100 years old.
It was completely restored by us from a total ruin and has been meticulously maintained ever since.
The property is securely fenced all around the huge 12,000 sq. m gardens making the property very secure for children and for pets. (Your furry friends are very welcome indeed!)

The villa is in a very quiet rural area. We therefore have a strict policy of no parties and that any noise is kept to a reasonable level. Loud music, very noisy gatherings, large groups and drinking outdoors late (after 10pm) are not allowed. We understand this may not suit everyone's requirements.

Just Bring Your Suitcase
We provide everything you need - including fresh bedding, towels for each guest and separate sets of towels for the pool. The Wi-Fi is free and can even be used from the pool. There are 2 TV's which can access a range of internatonal channels. Both kitchens are modern and fully equipped.

Villa Manciano is ideally situated in the heart of Tuscany. Close to the small town of Castiglion Fiorentino and less than an hour from both Florence and Sienna the villa offers a convenient base to explore the magic of Tuscany.
